The Aviation Division of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) after careful and thorough consideration of all facts and after coordination with appropriate local, state and Federal agencies, approved on April 21, 2025, a Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) for the proposed eastside development at McKinney National Airport in McKinney, Texas. FAA has assigned NEPA responsibility to TxDOT Aviation through the State Block Grant Program. Updates were made to the previously posted Final EA to further clarify information presented in response to comments received during the comment period. No changes were made to the studies, findings or determinations previously presented.
